		<description><![CDATA[Lame excuse if you ask me. The L.A. Times as well as any other publication that wants to stay afloat and prosper needs to think beyond the printing press for sure. I&#039;m sure they&#039;re taking some steps in the right direction but obviously not enough.

I don&#039;t have all the answers  and I don&#039;t know how but they should find another medium for the people to work in. As far as I know an editor can edit anything be it on the internet or on paper... so what&#039;s the problem?

Next thing you know they&#039;ll be blaming global warming on the next round of lay offs.
